The BIPDT is a teaching organisation offering practical courses to dog training instructors wishing to gain a qualification which is recognised throughout the doggy world.

Courses are held annually and students are encouraged to instruct using positive reward based training methods and take a holistic approach to their teaching with modern up-to-date techniques.

At the end of the week an examination can be taken in one of the four grades. The examination is carried out by independent judges.

We offer you a choice of disciplines; Companion/Obedience dog, Working Trials, Field Trials or Agility. You will see aspects of all the disciplines during the week but you only take your examination in one of the disciplines.

This web-site is currently undergoing redevelopment and we hope to have an improved web-site up-and-running in the next few months.
